Access window is set

Choose a revocation window: 4 hours, 12 hours, end of shift, or a custom duration. When the window expires, Credric automatically disables the account across every connected system.

When writeback is enabled, the care team lead clicks provision once, and Credric securely creates the PointClickCare account and the corresponding directory account simultaneously — complete with SSO credentials. On-prem, cloud, or both. No separate IT request for directory access. No waiting for someone to manually create an identity.

Active Directory writeback

Agency staff provisioned through the portal automatically get an AD account created in your environment. The SSO password is generated and displayed immediately — the agency nurse can log in the moment the account is ready.

Entra ID writeback

For organizations using Entra ID, Credric provisions the user and sets their SSO password — all triggered from that same one-click provision in the portal. No separate identity request, no waiting on IT.

Synchronized lifecycle

When the access window expires, Credric doesn't just disable the PointClickCare account — it disables the AD or Entra account too. Extend access? Both systems re-enable. Every action stays in sync automatically.
